Dr. Morice grew up in nearby Gretna, Louisiana. He majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry and Psychology at the University of New Orleans. Dr. Morice then went to Tulane University, where he attended Law school and Business school and received his Master’s of Business Administration. Dr. Morice completed his M.B.A. while in Medical School at L.S.U. Medical School in New Orleans where he received his Medical Degree. He was a researcher in the Department of Infectious Disease at L.S.U. Medical School and he has written and published his research in journals of infectious disease. After medical school at L.S.U., Dr. Morice completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia, where the faculty elected him to serve as the Administrative Chief Resident. Dr. Morice obtained additional education at Dartmouth University, earning a Masters in Health Care Delivery Science to improve delivery of healthcare to patients in both Complete Womens Health Care clinics. Dr. Morice came home to South Louisiana and married a local Morgan City girl named Jennifer Spitale. They have two beautiful daughters and two handsome sons, all of whom Dr. Morice delivered himself at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Morice is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is both a Fellow and a Diplomat of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a member of the International Continence Society, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the International Urogynecological Association, the Minimally Invasive Robotics Association, the National Vulvodynia Association, the American Medical Association, the St. Mary Medical Association, and the Louisiana Medical Associations. He practices medicine and surgery in Morgan City, Thibodaux, and Houma, Louisiana, at the Tubal Reversal Center, Thibodaux Regional Medical Center, and the Physicians Medical Center. He performs cutting-edge Microsurgical Tubal Ligation Reversal Surgery, Minimally Invasive Robotic Surgery, and State-of-the-Art Office-Based surgery. Dr. Andrew Suire was born in Kaplan, Louisiana, a small south Louisiana town situated deep in the Cajun country. He was the youngest of three boys. At age six, he moved with his parents and two older brothers to Destin, Florida where they lived until he was 12 years old. The family then returned to South Louisiana and settled in Lafayette where Dr. Suire completed high school at Acadiana High and undergraduate at UL Lafayette.

While at UL Lafayette, Dr. Suire earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages with a concentration in French and Spanish. He has taught English to French students in Paris, and French to English students in Louisiana and in Nova Scotia, Canada. While he was working on a graduate degree in French linguistics, Dr. Suire made the decision to pursue a lifelong dream of his – a career in medicine. He went on to complete his Doctor of Medicine degree at LSUHSC in New Orleans and then completed four years of residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at LSU in New Orleans.

Dr. Suire is passionate about international travel. He has traveled to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, and Germany. He plans to visit every continent except for Antarctica. He has lived in Canada, Belgium, and France. He enjoys using his acquired languages with his patients and is always happy to accept new Spanish or French speakers under his care.

Dr. Suire’s philosophy in caring for patients is simple – he seeks to provide care as good as he would expect for his own Mom. His clinical interests are in high-risk obstetrics, labor and delivery, contraception, surgical sterilization, hysteroscopy, and minimally invasive gynecological surgery.

Kristen Plaisance is a certified family nurse practitioner. After earning her Bachelors of Science at LSU and then working as a Labor and Delivery nurse with a passion in women’s health for five years. Kristen then went back to earn her advanced practice nursing degree from the University of South Alabama.

Kristen joined Complete Womens Healthcare as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women’s Health in February 2012. She has been practicing since December 2009. Kristen is a member of and certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a current member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health and the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. She is the mother of four beautiful children, and Kristen’s hobbies include travel and offshore fishing.

Celina Theriot Hargenrader is a certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her advanced practice nursing degree from the Louisiana State University of New Orleans and her Bachelor’s degree at Nicholls State University. Previous work includes eight years of emergency medicine nursing experience before women’s health. She was inspired to pursue women’s health after a personal experience with infertility. She brings versatility, as well as an empathetic approach to women’s health.

Celina joined Complete Women’s Healthcare in November 2012. She is a member and certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a Member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, and Sigma Theta Tau International Epsilon Nu Chapter. Celina is also a (CLC) Certified Lactation Counselor. 

Celina is married and has been blessed with three wonderful children. Her hobbies include travel, camping, and running. She is very passionate about teaching and empowering patients through education. Additionally, Celina currently teaches Advanced practice nursing to Nurse Practitioner students at Nicholls State University.  She looks forward to meeting with you.

Casey Pech is a certified family nurse practitioner from Raceland, LA. She earned her Master’s in Advanced Practice Nursing from Loyola University New Orleans and received her Bachelor’s degree at Nicholls State University. Previous work includes 15 years as a RN, with 7 years’ experience in labor and delivery. She has a passion for women’s health and enjoys learning in this field.

Casey joined the practice in December 2019. She is a member and certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a current member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Casey is married and is the mother of 3 beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, love fishing and softball. She is looking forward to meeting you.
